Export all data to Excel file

    1. Go to the Download tab

    1. Choose any entity from dropdown. This is an optional choice (Image-1)
    2. Export Data Type depending on requirements to updates. "All Product Data" will export all product data including “Price Inventory”. But selecting to "Only Price Inventory" will export "Price inventory" items only (Image-1).
    3. After selecting all parameter, system will provide a Download button to download the file (Image-2).
    4. Click on Download Excel button to save the exported excel file (Image-2).
    5. In case of new product insert entity selection is irrelevant .

    1. After successful download you should find an excel file with descriptive naming (if not changed at the time of saving the file).

There is logic to generate file name. The format of the file name looks like

<ProductData>_<CategoryName>_<ManufacturerName>_<DistributorName>_<Date>_<Time>.xls

All the part of file names are variable. Like if “All Product Data” chosen from “Export Data Type” then the file starts with “ProductData” otherwise it starts with “PriceInventory”. Then name of the category placed (if exist) with an underscore delimited and so on. At last the file is use date and time in its name to separate each other.
